Ministry Dental Center is a fine example of the collaborative efforts of CAP Services, Delta Dental of Wisconsin and St. Michael's Hospital in addressing the need for access to dental care by low-income individuals.
CAP has developed a national reputation as an effective mobilizer of federal, state, local and private resources that otherwise would not be available for anti-poverty efforts in central Wisconsin. Over 40% of CAP's annual budget is from private (non-governmental) sources.
