CAP offers a variety of economic development services and to promote business retention and expansion, and to increase job creation. Commercial and industrial businesses that commit to job creation can access below market rate rents and financing for space or equipment.

CAP owns commercial, manufacturing and warehouse space in Marquette, Portage and Waushara for businesses that create jobs.

Lease/Purchase Program. CAP will purchase or build a facility designed to the business' specifications and lease it back to the business with an option to purchase.
