Families today are increasingly challenged in their efforts to attain and sustain economic and emotional self-sufficiency. The increase of non-traditional households as well as a decline in the availability of living-wage jobs places enormous stress on families in Central Wisconsin. Families need help to improve their job skills, to strengthen parenting and other life skills, and access resources necessary for self-sufficiency.
